Siddhu : We need one Acronis software.

1) With the Acronis true Image software

We can take the backup of the system drive and as well as other drives too. If we get trouble with the any virus or anything with which our system crashed..

we can use this software for recovery of the system drive with the softwares and hardware drivers installed on the day we have taken backup. It is very useful no need to format the

drive and we already know it will recover full installed software and drivers so we can save time too for that .. and it will take maximum 20 mins minimum of 15 mins to recover full.

2) Whenever the client side persons going to meet the client for project purpose before going to meet we should prepare the questions supposed to ask us so that we can prepare answers for that we can deal the project with the client easily. Although we do not know all questions the client supposed to ask us but we can try. With this strategy we can close the deal without fail.

Srinivas : Give the Target to everybody. With the help of this we will know achievement progress of the project and it will help to increase our work fastness.

1) Siddheshwar : We need one server computer to be shared by all. With that everybody can able to know the work progress. Through this process all project files should be easily shared among all sharptech team members and saved our time.

2) Thirumalesh : Explain client needs to designer before giving the project .

1) Srinivas Madasu : His new idea need to use various other technologies like as asp.net, joomla and new some others.

2) Siddeshwar vanga : His new idea is joomla development process, and tea break for 10 minutes between 3.30pm to 3.40pm.

3) Sagar Radam : His new idea

• Script are not important no of pages are important and try to use the keyword save like as a keywords.
• Images also save as keywords.
